Discounts:
Veterans, active military, firefighters, policeman, or teacher:a rate drop of “-$1.00 per hour”occurs when immediate parent/guardian is active or retired serving or having served in one of the above roles; Note: EMCCS respects and honors you as a champion for your service in the protection and preservation of all of our families.
Weekly rate discount(aka back-to-back weekends): a rate drop of “-$2.00 per hour”occurs for any amount of hours scheduled. If there are gaps in care, the discount will resume immediately after the next week (e.g., applicable on any repeat or back-to- back weeks). Note: this is our largest customer discount, and hopes to serve as a sincere thank you for being a part of EMCCS’s key customer base.
Monthly rate discount(aka back-to-back months): a rate drop of “-$1.00 per hour” occurs for any amount of hours scheduled; if there are gaps in care for more than a month, the discount will resume immediately after the next month (e.g., applicable on any repeat or back-to-back months).
Multi-child rate discount: a rate drop of“-$1.00 per hour”occurs for two or more simultaneously enrolled children present on the same day. Applicable on both totals.
Note: The above discounts can all be stacked or used concurrently. The discounts are tied to your user account and automatically deducted based on your profile verified information and the number of hours you select when scheduling care. For clarity the weekly rate discount would supersede the monthly rate discount as it is a greater discount or the customer.
Incentives:
-Customer Referral incentive: Any customer that refers 3 customers that in turn enrolled, for any amount of time, and have an approved user account will be granted 8 hours of childcare at no cost. The incentive expires after 3 months and must be used for consecutive 8 hours. This incentive is over a $75 value.
VIP Annual incentive: Once per year a special VIP will be granted 24 hours of childcare for at no cost. The incentive expires after 3 months and must be used for consecutive 24 hours. EMCCS VIPs are considered any back to back weekly customers. This incentive is over a $200 value.
Discounts are automatically calculated based on a formula and matrix table that ensures discounts for repeat customers when booking on the EMCCS website calendar.
