Customers have access to the EMCCS calendar only after:

1. Creating a user account … username and password;
2. Submit all required documents (this step typically only needs done once annually);
3. Application fee of $50 is paid (returned to customer during first child care booking).
4. Account is approved/denied.

Note: After access is granted, the customer will have access to the calendar, payment location, monitoring technology, profile updating, potential discounts, etc.). Walk-ins are permitted if there is appropriate staff on shift and if there is availability. During an initial visit/scheduling walk-ins must completed an enrollment form and liability form but must complete all other forms prior to any additional future scheduling.

Detailed Comments:

-Customers should be aware there is a 4 hours minimum booking time when scheduling. The child may leave early but for increased class room continuity;

-Customers paying with credit cards will be charged $25 for per weekend to hold any future appointments made up to 1 month maximum in advance;

-Customers credit cards will be charged full amount 48 hours. If customer is a no show but advises EMCCS Administrator they need to cancel within 4 hours of scheduled time in text or phone charges will not be refunded, however, special arrangements will be made for customer to book the same number of hours at a later date but within the 30 days. If customer fails to properly schedule the reschedule time within 30 days no refund will be given. Note: If notification time falls before 8am or after 8pm please text in lieu of calling.

-If parents/guardians picks up child later than the scheduled time but still during business hours, there is no penalty and normal hourly rate applies (when there is adequate ratio and sufficient staff and pick up time isn’t more than 4 hours over users original scheduled time) the new balance must be paid that same date. If payment is not timely received user acct will be discontinued. If notification time falls before 8am or after 8pm please text first in lieu of calling.

-If parents/guardians picks up child later than the scheduled time but still during business hours, there may be double the hourly rate accessed when there is not adequate ratio or not sufficient staff) the new balance must be paid that same date. If payment is not timely received user acct will be discontinued. If notification time falls before 8am or after 8pm please text in lieu ofcalling. Excessive repeat cases will be evaluated for user acct discontinued.

-Non emergencies involving parents/guardians pick up child later than the scheduled time but outside of business hours. Double the hourly rate may be charged and the new balance is due the same day. If payment is not timely received customers user acct will be discontinued.

-Emergencies cases involving additional care needs before 8 am or after 8pm the day of are to be worked out with administrators via text/phone asap.

-Emergencies cases involving less care needed due to early child pick up before 8am or after 8pm. Please text/phone when possible.

Please keep in mind EMCCS desires to keep all matters as simple and convenient as possible for all involved. Full payment is due and must be paid the same business day, as a small business we cannot operate efficiently with multiple delinquencies. The above practices hope to maximize protection of both the individual and the group. These guidelines are for established planning purposes, legal compliance, increased protection, and maintained well-being of the kids and staff involved.
